The Rad Self-Care Summit

Feb 9–13 | Virtual | Free

A cozy, low-pressure week of short, accessible practices to help you reconnect with yourself — gently, playfully, and without trying to fix anything.

Imagine a moment just for you

Not a whole routine. Just 10 minutes of support.

You feel a little more inside your body and a little less rushed. Quietly accompanied, steadier on your own.
You remember: oh right, I’m still here.

That’s the Rad Self-Care Summit.

Short (think 10 mins!) uplifting self-care sessions delivered straight to your inbox, guided by warm, thoughtful humans including an herbalist, a massage therapist, an EMDR therapist, an astrologer, a writer, and more. Each session offers one simple, beginner-friendly practice you can bring into real life.

No hustle. No fixing. Just gentle support, especially for people who:

  • carry a lot for other people

  • want self-care that fits real life

  • crave small, doable tools

  • are tired of pushing themselves to “feel better”

You don’t have to keep up. You don’t have to do it all. Just come as you are and take what you need. Totally asynchronous, totally free.
