Laurie Brockhaus brings over 20 years of experience in social work, mental health therapy, education, and yoga and mindfulness. A licensed clinical social worker and certified yoga therapist, she supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma through an integrative, mind-body approach. Laurie is passionate about making trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness accessible and has taught and trained educators, therapists, and yoga teachers in schools and community settings. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Saint Louis University and a co-founder of The Oxygen Project, a nonprofit bringing yoga and mindfulness to underserved youth.
